Roofing San Juan Capistrano - RENT YOUR HOUSE FAST

It’s been great fun repairing and restoring roofs and repairing dry rot In San Juan Capistrano for the past 11 years.  Some of our clients call us “The San Juan Capistrano Roofer”.  That is a flattering exaggeration,  but in one community of 180 homes alone we have completed repairs one over 60 of them.

Our most recent client came to us as a referral from several of his neighbors, including right next door and just across the street.  In both of those cases, we performed a full roof restoration within the past year.

HE HAD THREE SPECIAL REQUESTS

1.  He needed the work done immediately, as the last tenant had moved out, and he needed to release it ASAP.

2. Besides the fact that this was a 2 piece clay roof (one of the more intricate roofs to work on), there was a significant amount of wood that needed to be replaced (dry rot or termite damaged wood) 300 feet of fascia,  over 500 feet of shiplap or starter board along with over 30 support rafters and a half dozen sheets of plywood. In addition, the felt (black tar paper-underlayment) was worn through and needed to be replaced.

3. Finally , he wanted the wood all primed and painted before installation (a service we routinely provide) but also wanted a second coat of final paint on all the wood.

THIS STORY HAS A HAPPY ENDING!!
I was able to move some business around so I could make his project a priority. We started within 2 days and finished the project “turnkey” in 8 working days. I should mention, this was a hands on owner and was present a good part of e very day we were there.  That is never a problem with us because our work and our past history is an open book.

The house was successfully leased at the top of the market for leased houses in San Juan Capistrano, and for a three year period no less.  Obviously the owner was thrilled.  He figured we saved him easily several thousand dollars.
For our part, we have another great referral and the satisfaction knowing we cam through for another client..
