Web Roofing Goes Beyond the Call of Duty and Meets a Special Need ...

"Beyond having the normal concerns of a homeowner,  my wife is particularly sensitive to the inside environment of our house as she has provided high quality child care for many years. Imagine then, a leak in the ceiling of one of the rooms. We called Wayne Bass and Web Roofing as they were local (Mission Viejo) and recommended on the internet. They were immediately responsive, diagnosed the cause quickly and scheduled the job for the next clear day.

But here is what we really appreciated.  They agreed to a flexible schedule to work around the nap time of the kids, so part of the work was done in the mid morning and then the balance later in the day once the children were up. They did a thorough repair and gave us copies of pictures they took of the entire process. It was great value, but the trust and consideration they demonstrated was beyond our expectations. “Initially, I discovered some leaks at my residence in Rancho Santa Margarita. But then the priority became my mother's home in San Juan Capistrano. I called Wayne Bass of Web Roofing and we arranged to meet at her house early on that Saturday morning. He and his crew were punctual; they showed me exactly where, why and how it was leaking. They gave me a very reasonable price and fixed it on the spot which I greatly appreciated.

Then, a week later, I had them out to RSM to my own house. It was a more complicated leak and required some “sleuth” work. They were up to the task. They were very professional and thorough, and gave me a complete accounting of all the work with photos. I have run my own businesses for years so I know my way around. I’m glad I could count on Wayne and his team and I would recommend him highly to anyone”

"My husband was out of town when I discovered our roof was leaking into our garage office after a week of lots of rain. When I went on the internet to find a local roofing company to fix it, I was looking for a reputable company that could get in and get the job done ASAP. Our home is a central hang out for lots of kids, and I was concerned about possible mold and health issues. I was impressed that the phone was answered by a real person on the first ring, and even more so by the fact that the guy who answered was Wayne Bass, the owner of the company. He came out that afternoon to give me an estimate. I could tell he had a vested interest in making sure they did quality work for a reasonable price. Wayne was respectful and responsive to all of my questions, both in person and when I called him later to discuss it further. I got quotes from a few companies, but Web roofing's quote was the most thorough and detailed. Not only that, but they were willing to come out the next day and complete the work. They were very professional and polite, and documented all the work with photos. Wayne was here when the crew began and at various points throughout the day to ensure that his standards of quality were being met by his crew.

Even after the roof was fixed, I raised a few concerns about one area that Wayne showed me in the photos that his crew had taken of the leaky area. I was still worried about the wood drying completely in one spot (even though they gave me assurances it would). Acknowledging my concern, Wayne asked his crew to return, pull up numerous tiles, spray the area with a special inhibitor, and then let it dry out for another day, without charging me extra. He was focused on my satisfaction and wanted to make sure they had addressed every detail or possible concern.

They really care about the client and are extremely thorough. I found myself almost wishing I had friends needing roof repairs so that I could recommend Web Roofing. If anyone needs an honest and thorough roofer that does quality work at a great price, call Wayne!"
